The Board of Directors of GEM College is pleased to announce it has been re-registered for 7 years. John Outhred, Chairman of the Board expressed his thanks to the Quality Control Unit Manager, Stephen Short, Online Campus Managers Kirstie Wyatt and Elizabeth Bradbury-Calvert, Digital Strategy Officer, Dirk Short, and Digital Marketing Officer, Giftson Selladurai, campus Managers, Administration and all trainers and assessors. In particular, on behalf of the Board and all shareholders he expresses gratitude to Corporate Leader, Luceille Outhred for her continued innovative approach to education.


Indigenous Students

GEM will assist with your course choices, and your application, and will provide quality customer service throughout your studies with us.

GEM will provide services to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students transition between school, work, or unemployment and studying at university. GEM is the ideal link.

We provide flexible study choices to suit your lifestyle, including off-campus options.  Work based learning, Distance Education or e-learning are all available, as well as face to face learning.

GEM competency based training programs are practical, and will prepare you for entry to University and a professional career.


If required GEM will effect introductions of its graduates to the University of South Australia.  The University of South Australia has the most Indigenous university students in South Australia and a large scholarships program specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.

GEM equips graduates for entry to the world of commerce, or for further study at University.

GEM is developing courses for Indigenous Australians with specific cultural, regional and environmental relevance. Watch this space!
